Anouk:
"I am a 22-year old girl and have 2 children, I have worked with Clara for 12 weeks, where my goal was weight loss and getting a healthier diet. Clara has 100% helped me achieve this, by just changing small habit, like training at home and changing a little in the diet, but there was still room for treats. We talked together where she helped me plan the next week, which helped a lot. I think it has been an amazing program - Thanks for everything!"

Diana:
"I have not once regretted choosing Clara, I have learned a lot. She has been patient and kept finding ways to adjust the training specific for my body. Whenever I felt insecure Clara made me comfortable and secure again and made me believe again. Within the 12 weeks I got stronger and got a more toned body, went one size down in clothes just what I wished for. The nutrition part also went well, I started to loose weight slowly and gained muscle, did not feel hungry at any time. It is a lovely new lifestyle i have gained by using Clara as a personal trainer. I have planned to return to Clara in the future, whenever I want new programs etc"

Nanna;
"I was 7 months postpartum when I joined, and I just needed to win my body back. It was a tough time, but I made it! Now i'm more aware of what I eat, how big my portions are, that we serve salad to every meal etc. I lost the kilos that I wished for. BUT as Clara says: It doesn't matter how many kilos I lost. As long as I'm happy with my body. And I am REALLY happy with my body now, and i'm especially happy that I have grown SO strong! it is amazing that I can lift my daughter without thinking about it. The most important thing i've learned is: it's always better to share feelings and thoughts, being alone about it, just makes everything worse"

     Less snacking
     Learning to communicate 

     Strength training 1-2x/week
 

Peculiar:
"Clara coached me for 12 weeks and amongst other things help me become more conscious of my diet. 

I was able to tone my body by increasing my protein intake and doing strength training. But the 5 kg I lost during this period was also a great result of Clara training program! 

I would definitely recommend Clara to trainees who need a virtual coach to guide them during their health transformation journey"

     Better sleep routine 

     Managing work, training and life

Yvette:
"I can sometimes have a hard time actually getting to training, and sometimes I tend to skip. That hasn't happened in these 12 weeks. On the contrary I have trained more times and even also on the weekends, which used to be a total no go before. She has been behind me and backed me up 100%. I have some issues with my shoulder and I was a little nervous for the training programs, but Clara has managed to make training programs which has accommodated my shoulder and made sure my shoulder was trained correctly and was taken proper care of in weeks where it wasn't as good. I am going through menopause, so my primary goal was to lose some weight and tone up and I have managed to do that. I have lost 3 kg and have become stronger than ever before.
