I spent a long time with the sole purpose of eating less to be smaller and fit in - that led me with health concerns and symptoms that not only held me back in my life but also my career - by trying to work against my body, I was making it harder and harder for myself to reach my goals

It wasn't until I discovered the impact proper strength training, nutrition and lifestyle can have on your well being I realized how much my current habits were doing nothing but holding me back.
