About me
Hey friend, I'm Clara ◡̈

Before becoming a women’s health coach, I spent years in disability care—always putting others first. Like many high-achieving women, I was praised for pushing through, staying busy, and “holding it all together.” But in the constant cycle of giving to everyone else, I completely lost myself.
What I didn’t realize? So many women are silently going through the same thing.
1 in 4 working women struggle to manage stress, and over half show signs of burnout—not just mentally, but physically: fatigue, disrupted sleep, brain fog, hormonal imbalance, low immunity.
I used to believe that the key to success was doing more, eating less, and pushing harder. But instead of thriving, I was merely surviving. It wasn’t until I discovered the impact of targeted strength training, balanced nutrition, and intentional recovery that I started to see my body and brain work with me, not against me.
This realization led me to create ThriveNotDeprive—a holistic framework designed to help high-achieving women elevate their health, sharpen their focus, and sustain peak performance without sacrificing careers, families, or the things they love.
