Hey friend, I'm Clara ◡̈  

I'm what some might describe as a perfectionist, with a good sprinkle of silliness and dance parties. Obsessed with colorful gym fits, the forest and of course dogs! - But most importantly I love everything that has to do with people and movement  

I'm an online personal coach here to teach you how to enjoy training, eating and living w/o sacrificing results. I strive to transform your approach to movement and lifestyle so you can finally feel like the kick ass, powerful, strong woman that you are.
